This policy explains the information practices for VEPSuite’s website and services. Your organisation may have additional agreements that govern information processed in its workspace.
Information we handle
Depending on how you interact with VEPSuite, information may include business contact details, organisation and account details, support correspondence, and technical information such as browser or device data.
Information entered into a customer workspace is generally provided and managed by that customer organisation. Workspace administrators control user access and are responsible for confirming that they have an appropriate basis to provide that information.
How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the website and VEPSuite services, respond to enquiries, support onboarding, protect accounts, diagnose technical issues, and communicate service or product updates. We do not use customer workspace information to advertise unrelated products, and we do not sell personal information.
Access, sharing, and service providers
Access to information is limited to people who need it to support the service, respond to a request, or maintain security. We may use service providers for hosting, communications, analytics, and technical operations, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business reorganisation.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet contractual or legal requirements, and to resolve disputes. Retention for customer workspace data is also governed by the applicable customer agreement and workspace settings.
VEPSuite uses administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to correct or delete contact information that you have provided to us, subject to legal and contractual requirements. For information held in an organisation workspace, please contact that organisation’s workspace administrator first.
You can unsubscribe from non-essential product updates using the instructions in the message. Essential service communications may still be sent.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as VEPSuite services or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website or relevant service channels where appropriate.
